About The Coaches

I am a father, a husband, a business owner and a friend.

From the outside, you’ll see a man who is an entrepreneur, who has an amazing family and is very passionate about his clients success…..and you would be right.

What you don’t see is the work I did to get here. You don’t know my challenges in my own life that led me to want to help men like you.

When I was in my early teens I lost my best friend to suicide because he felt as a man, when things got tough you didn’t talk. When we lost him I felt the same urge to ‘man up’ and not talk.

I worked for 17 years in finance, I hated it, I tried to quit in my first week but again I was told “Men don’t talk, don’t speak out” as well as “This is as good as it gets”. I knew there was more in life.

I retrained as a counselor and psychotherapist , in 2016 then moved into coaching and training under coach Jay Shetty. I have worked with some of the most incredible coaches and invested in some of the deepest learning, courses and experiences to get me to the next level.

I worked incredibly hard to build my life around my family, it afforded me to work with some amazing people but also to be there for my wife and children, to be there with my eldest son and twins and the special moments.

I can’t say it was easy, there wasn’t a men’s community like this back then, there wasn’t a place for my friend to go, there wasn’t one for me to go to, but now there is, this is your time. I want this to be here for my sons and many more.

My legacy is to share the path with other men like you, building something incredible for others.

Cheers

Phil something incredible for others.

I was sat alone in a beautiful but isolated cottage trying to work out what to do with my life. Having worked as a doctor since 1999 I was deeply unhappy with my career. I knew I couldn't go on like this. Something had to change. By the time I left that cottage I knew one thing clearly, my goal was to leave medicine and do something different with my life.

I'd been on a slow process of discovery about my work and myself. I thought maybe working less would work. It helped. Sure it did. Yet the days I wasn't working I was worried about going to work and afterwards worried about what I had done at work the day before. I was still stressed and anxious!

Then I discovered life coaching. With the help of my coach I learnt who I was again. I found out what mattered to me, and started to value myself. I figured out what my values were and the people I want to help.

My journey is what inspired me to become a coach. I love talking to motivated people with curious minds. Creating a space to explore their mind and figure out what really matters to them. To help them discover what's holding them back and empowering them to make transformational changes in their lives.
